PURCHASE INFORMATION

Purchases may be made directly through houseofDALLA.com by following the checkout option in your online shopping cart. All aspects of your online ordering and/or purchase will be performed by or on behalf of DALLA.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Standard shipping to Canada and US is FREE.
Shipping will be done in 3-7 business days.
Depending on location and times of year some deliveries may take 7-10 days.
Shipping International is $50.
Depending on location and times of year some deliveries may take 14-21 days.
DELIVERY PROMOTIONS

Delivery promotions apply to standard shipping charges only. Free shipping applies to all orders being shipped to Canada via our standard delivery service (5-7 working days).  Free shipping does not apply to any other delivery service.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

DALLA products offered for purchase online are subject to availability. If for any reason your order cannot be filled, we will inform you directly via email. Completion of payment is contingent on the availability descriptions below.

Product availability descriptions:

Available: Products are currently being held in stock and are ready to ship.

Available for Pre-order: Products are available for purchase. However, the items have not yet arrived in stock and therefore are not ready to be shipped. You can secure your purchase now but you will not receive the merchandise until after the Start Ship date noted in the product description.

Made To Order:  Products are available for purchase. However, the items are Made to Order and therefore are not ready to be shipped. You can secure your purchase now but you will not receive the merchandise until after the item is created. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for delivery.

Sold Out: Products are currently out of stock, unavailable for order, and will most likely not be available in the future.

COLOR ACCURACY

Please note that there may be slight differences in color due to variations in monitors, printers and software. We have done our best to ensure that what is viewed on-screen is an accurate representation of the actual product.

PRICING

All prices are quoted in Canadian or US dollars depending on what country you choose. International customers will be charged in Canadian or US funds at an exchange rate selected by DALLA, yet based on exchange rates current at the time of purchase.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa and Mastercard and American Express.

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, and confirmed stock availability (excluding Made to Order).

RETURN POLICY

DALLA gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged or defective regular priced merchandise purchased online for exchange or credit note, when accompanied by the original sales receipt. All returns must be processed within 14 days from date of delivery.

NO REFUNDS

Please note, all discounted or promotionally priced merchandise is FINAL SALE.

DUTIES + TAXES – TO CANADA

Canadian customers will have 13% HST added to their order. DALLA is an Ontario based corporation. HST Number: 837562099

DUTIES + TAXES – TO THE U.S.

U.S. customers will not have Canadian sales tax added to their order, however customers are responsible for their own local sales tax, duties and customs, if applicable.

DUTIES + TAXES – INTERNATIONAL

International customers will not have Canadian sales tax added to their order, however they will be responsible for all import duties, customs and taxes levied on orders by their respective countries.
